Together we will strengthen our basic trust, anchor love and build security.
This course is for anyone who wants to be more in touch with their own love. When you act completely from your heart, see and speak with your heart, you are happy. Then this world is a beautiful place and you are happy to be alive. You are part of the big picture and enjoy every day.
Unfortunately, sometimes we lose this access to love and appreciation towards ourselves. Then negative thoughts, pain and suffering take over our everyday life. Everything is colored gloomily, depression, burnout, anxiety disorders and dissatisfaction are the consequences.
In this seminar we dedicate one day consciously to the luminous side. Love, happiness and joy should be anchored in our lives and especially in everyday life. It is about yourself, your heart opening, your trust and your connection to yourself and your environment.
My offer for you:
You will slowly approach the flow of love and let it flow through you. To do this, you will look carefully at the blockages that lie on your path and create space for new development. In this seminar you will get space for your very personal concerns. Depending on the task, we will look systemically or energetically at your described problem. Within the group we will initiate healing processes, cleanse and strengthen your overall system and pay special attention to the loving side of being. Ancient healing rituals, new neuroscientific findings and approaches from systems therapy find their place here.
In loving accompaniment I guide you to your self-love. You learn to accept yourself as you are, with all your strengths and all your weaknesses. With this you give yourself a way in this world with more ease, joy and happiness. Exactly for this I offer my “Self-Love-Workshop” in Berlin on September 18, 2022.
Please bring something to write on and your own yoga mat, comfortable clothes, and your favorite food. We will have regular breaks. I will provide tea and coffee.
